Your AIHE Student ID Card is an important part of your student experience. It helps establish your identity, provides access to selected campus services and may help you access eligible student concessions.

Your Student ID Card is used to establish your identity as an AIHE student and may be required when accessing student services and facilities. It can also help you demonstrate your student status when accessing eligible student concession arrangements.

What your Student ID Card is used for

Your card supports several important aspects of student life at AIHE.

Student Identification

Your card provides a convenient way to establish your identity and confirm your status as an enrolled AIHE student.

Printer Access

Your Student ID Card provides access to AIHE printing facilities available to students on campus.

Exam Identification

You will be required to use your Student ID Card to prove your identity when sitting examinations.

New students

Your Student ID Card is organised during Orientation Week

AIHE organises Student ID Cards for new students to be issued during Orientation Week. Make sure you participate in the relevant orientation activities and follow any instructions provided by the Institute about collecting your card.

Lost your Student ID Card?

If your Student ID Card is lost, report it to the IT Service Desk immediately so the card can be deactivated. A replacement card can then be issued.
